Doctors are experienced and good. Only issues with ground staff. Need some social and behavioral training. Even though they don't bother in whatever condition you are.

I lost my father that is why me and my family was upset .. and Security guard did not co-operate with us ...Security guard are totally nonsense specially ladies guard they have no sense how treate with others . They always talk with roughly behave.. and this pics show about the cleaning and care or patients. I strongly recommend if your patient is serious please don't come in AIIMS

Visited for pain in shoulder. Took with me x-ray and prescription of city doctor as there was no relief and to have expert opinion. But doctor at AIIMS when told about it neither looked X-ray nor and other test done. Only asked me to lift my arm. It took nearly one minute and advised to get injection in shoulder. Later when I got checked from another doctor and MRI done, it was rotor cuff muscle nearly complete tear. Hurry, not diagnosed by MRI, no other movement check. Expertise expected but of no use.

Worst X rays service took me 3 days to get it. Blood sampling system also out of order. Pathetic place to be. Stay ill or go somewhere else don't come here. I've met people coming from other cities staying few days here just for a ortho doctor meeting. Big Zero

They Killed my mom! Pathetic and rude staff! Irresponsible doctors! Dr Rajiv Gupta is just a name! All he cares is his surgery but not the well being of his patient after that. N.O means nursing officers,all are idiots. They wait for the bedsheets to arrive but not change them until the time attendant of patient will come and change no matter patient is drenched in urine in winters and caught pneumonja and got died!!! Their JR only come to pass the time and nothing else. Zero knowledge, zero experience and zero mindset!!

I visit today after travel appx 80km , Staff is good, doctor is excellent but still getting a report result is very difficult like ultrasound test will give you date of next 15 20 days. Most of the report will not done by the hospital like xray, hiv, hac, etc. Even Thought still need equipments to handle this kind of crowd of patients daily .
